05 | your favorite k-pop song from your favorite guy group

Errrrr.... this is hard.

DBSK is my ultimate bias and I've been their fan for nearly 4 years now. Through out these years, they've released like... 8 albums. That's a tonne of songs for me to choose from.

But at the end of the day, I love their ballads. Especially one that showcases their vocals and capabilities as singers. So my answer will probably be.... Love in the Ice, Forever Love, Bolero, Doushite, Rising Sun, Hey Girl etc.

Okay, I get defensive when someone says that DBSK can't sing. You can say that their songs don't suit to your tastes. You can say that they're "image" isn't your type. You can say that they're wardrobes and hairstyles are weird. You can say that they look like girls or are just a bunch of pretty boys. You can say anything, but you can't deny the fact that they can sing. They're stunning performers.


SS501 | At this point, probably Love Ya. I remember in year 8, I always sang to Snow Prince...even with the fobby English. But the reason why I'm so addicted to Love Ya is because of how simplistic and it reminds me of the old k-pop days. Nostalgia!

Shinhwa | Perfect Man. No matter what song Shinhwa will release in the future, Perfect Man will most likely always be my favourite. I heard it when I was really really really young...around 2003/4.

Children of Empire (ZE:A) | They haven't really released much. They did debut not too long ago. Their first song wasn't all too great (and the MV was like a rip-off from Mirotic).

Supernova (Cho Shin Sung) | Oh shit, this is hard. HAHAHA. I practically loved every single song from their debut album. I was always disappointed they weren't given much attention. They were so very awesome. But...favourite songs.... Hit (히트), Superstar, 슬픈 내 사람 and 너는 어디에. It's been 3 years and these songs are still on my iPod :D
